About Embrace Child Victims of Crime

Embrace Child Victims of Crime supports young victims of crime up to the age of 18 anywhere within the UK. The charity welcomes referrals from police and partner agencies and works to prevent children becoming victims of crime as well as providing a response should the worst happen.

Specialist counselling can be arrange for those aged 12 to 18 who have been traumatised by their experiences of life-changing crime such as violence, abuse and murder. Embrace prioritises those living in poverty and can make grants for necessities (e.g. clothing) as well as providing peer support, family breaks, theme park outings and, following the most serious crime, magical trips to Disneyland.
